Incite On has been providing telesales training for over five years, to multi-national organisations as well as local SME’s.

A UK wide trade association was keen to offer a range of business support services to its members beyond those that it had traditionally provided. After surveying its membership one of the top requests for help was sales training, and in particular telesales training.
Incite On’s brief was to identify a series of short (3 – 4 hour) telesales training sessions that could add value to the member organisations, adding value to their sales efforts.
The trade association consistent of a common product and service set. Incite On set about creating a series of sessions based around specific examples relating to typical day-to-day sales scenarios. This made the session relevant to the audience from the moment it began. The common product and service background also enabled us to create a script framework into which delegates could drop in their own content and style, again making the short course effective and relevant, providing value for money to each member organisation that engaged in the programme.
The courses proved extremely popular and Incite On have been commissioned to deliver a second round of training sold on a first come first served basis to the associations members.
